Job description	Customer solutions for various industries such as general contractor, construction, construction consultant, etc. You will operate a CAD, BIM or CIM software related to architectural or civil engineering.
Project examples	Create 2D drawings such as a plan view, elevation view or sectional view Model creation by 3D modeling Drawing, tabulation and rendering from models Structural analysis using an analysis software
Requirements	Qualifications Hands on experience in AutoCad Bachelor’s or higher degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering Business conversation level in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) Minimum conversation level in English

Salary	Annual salary system 2.6 million yen – 3.5 million yen (To be determined based on experiences and skills) Annual salary revision Overtime payment (Overtime work: 125%, Holiday work: 135%) 3 months probation period (No change to employment conditions)
