- AI am in charge of GIT service sales (new sales, internal expansion sales). The section I belong to is mainly in charge of customers in the NTT Group and the telecommunications industry.

– Administration and preparing documents (contracts, quotations, etc.) - QWhat do you enjoy most about working in GIT?
- AI find it very inspiring and interesting to talk to engineers from different countries and getting to know new cultures and ways of thinking.
- QWhat would you advise to engineers in order to succeed in Japan?
- AJapanese is very important to work in Japan. Surround yourself with Japanese in all possible ways you like, be it anime, movies, history or culture, anything! If you love Japan, please do your best in learning Japanese.

- QTell us about your responsibilities in the Recruiting team.
- AAs a recruiter, I am in charge from hiring till joining to our company. Besides recruiting and conducting interviews I am also responsible for checking Japanaese ability prior to coming to Japan. Since I am located in Nagoya, I follow up and support GIT engineers working in Nagoya area.
- QWhat do you enjoy most about working in GIT?
- AI find my work in GIT very rewarding, when I hear the career success of engineers I hired. I work with engineers with different cultural backgrounds, specialized in various field, so during the interviews and follow-ups I get to hear interesting ideas and thoughts, so I enjoy working every day. After getting recommendations from GIT engineers, I got further interested in manga and anime. I always get some interesting manga and anime recommendations.
- QWhat would you advise to engineers in order to succeed in Japan?
- AHowever you will come across some cultural gap between your country and Japan, addition to the language difference. The most important thing is to think about it positively and take on the challenge armoured with curiosity. And I think that what does not change in any country is to work with a professional mindset. Be sure to come with a high level of professionalism to Japan, to Human Resocia GIT! Please enjoy this difference between your home country and Japan.

- AIt is to great to see that those engineers who came to Japan to challenge themselves and advance their careers, get succesfully assigned and manage to grow and improve their skills.
- QWhat would you advise to engineers in order to succeed in Japan?
- AWhen you are challenging yourself in a new environment, it’s not always fun but sometimes painful too. At time, you will need to tackle the challenges brought by Japanese language, the culture, the Japanese business etiquette or the Japanese-style thinking. But you already have the ability and power to overcome these challenges and succeed! Do not doubt your ability, do your best with confidence. We, the Human Resocia GIT team, support engineers who work hard.
