Flow until joining our company

This section introduces the flow from application to joining our company.
After document screening based on the content of the entry received, will we conduct face-to-face interviews, or for those living far away or outside of Japan, an online interview.
After a decision to hire is made, Human Resocia will handle all procedures related to coming to Japan, such as visa application support, air tickets, and housing arrangements.

  First, feel free to apply via the entry form.

• 2Document selection

  We will make decisions based on your resume (curriculum vitae). You will receive the results by email.

• 3First-round interview

  If you live outside Japan, we will conduct an online interview.
  Interviews are basically conducted in Japanese. Please tell us about your desire to be active in Japan.

• 4Second-round interview

  In the second-round interview, we will discuss more details related to salary, desired annual income, conditions, etc.

• 5Presentation of conditions

  We will send an offer letter to successful applicants. Please confirm the content of the conditions.

• 6Joining our company

  At last, you are ready to work in Japan! As well as support for coming to Japan, we offer various kinds of training so that you can confidently work in Japan, including follow-ups on your life after joining our company.
  As we have a system for follow-up after employment, we support an environment for working comfortably.
