For some participants, it may take only 10 minutes.Only one challenge per person is allowed.
Theoretical Data Scientist Skill Check Quiz
In this step, all participants would answer an online questionnaire, designed to evaluate the key topics and points that Junior data scientists will be required to be familiar with from their first day at work.
The Quiz is offered by using Typeform (https://www.typeform.com/) because it provides the necessary functionality (scoring, user tracking, 3rd party app integrations, security) in a very appealing format for the candidate.
Evaluation on this test would follow the criteria that Human Resocia uses (percentage of correct answers, and minimum required topics), and would require a human evaluator for some of the questions.
Important Notice
Only one challenge per person is allowed.
Although there is no time limit for the quiz, in the case that there is no room to differentiate the evaluation of participants based on the percentage of correct answers, the quickness of completing the quiz may be taken into consideration.
However, the answer time is not necessarily that the fastest is the best: Hence, please do not copy the answers of your smarter friends.
The results of this section will not be informed to you until the end of the event; You may look for team members for Part 2 after finishing Part 1, but it would be awkward if you knew the results of the Part 1 test when looking for team members, right?
